“I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch. The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture. The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. We had to go all the way downstairs to communicate with front desk and Resturant. Room service fee was =N=2000 in comparison with similar star hotel who charge only =N=500. Doors were damaged,……

“This hotel is a scam. The place is old, dirty and cockroach infested. Very mouldy and smells horrible. The lift partially and could only take 4 adults at once. It is like a building waiting to be demolished. The management was not transparent on the actual state of the hotel. My advice, this hotel should be shot down for extensive renovation otherwise lives are being put at risk. If I had other options or refund option I would have cancelled. I am now back in Canada and hoping that I don’t……
