"Great place and great location. One major drawback however is the Glockenspiel, on a tower inside the hotel courtyard, that rings for several minutes every hour on the hour from 10 am to 10 pm. You can not only hear it, but feel it in the nearby rooms when it chimes. Can be very annoying for one trying to take a midday nap or who has gone to bed early. (Also, I discovered too late that had I booked directly with the property, the parking would have been free and the taxes reduced.) "

"This hotel should be off of your site! They did not honor the room I selected upon booking (2 beds) and gave me a small double bed room. They tried to get me to pay more to get a 2 bed room, then when I asked for a refund to go to another hotel they gave me a VERY SMALL room with 2 beds. Staff at check in (the owner) very rude. Plus charge a lot for breakfast, and won't give you coffee unless you buy breakfast! I will not stay here again."
