“GREAT property for a large family. We had three generations celebrating and the casitas make for a great respite from everyone, if needed. Main house is perfect for gatherings and the host was very responsive. The only reason it did not got five stars was the overall cleanliness and wear/tear on some of the appliances. Would we stay again, yes. Should you consider this property, YES!”

“We drove three hours from San Francisco to get to this place when we arrived it was already almost 6:30 PM this was nothing as it stated on their VRBO ad it was nothing like any rental on VRBO where you get rules location of the key lock anything when we arrived it was excluded way in the back gate like a ranch gate it was the back of the yard of this place was like the Blair witch Project no protection and nothing the people that were walking around there they had like bungalows in tents it was……

“This place has literally everything you can ask for when staying on Clearlake. So much space for a large family and for having others over for a BBQ. I asked my group what is one negative thing and they could not think of anything. We will be staying every year going forward this is our place. One major advantage is that the rental company for lake toys is right next door. We had the best time staying at this house. I have rented a lot of places over the years and this was by far the best one.”

“This was our third stay and always lives up to our expectations. Stephanie is the perfect host. The house is clean and well furnished kitchen and bath. Extremely comfortable beds and the view is spectacular. We are returning again in November. Thanks so much Mary Ann and Bull”

“The outdoor spa tub was broken, the water in it was full of garbage (the kids were disappointed), there was no ping pong table like in the photo, the curtains in the living room were dirty, there was no laundry detergent (had to call for delivery) and not enough quilts ( Had to call for delivery), mice were running from the ceiling at night.”
