The host was wonderful, with lots of history and recommendations. He personally delivered breakfast each morning. The location was great! A walkable neighborhood. A lovely backyard and patio. We hated to leave, but our journey continued. We would definitely book again!”

“Great stay at this property with my daughters and their families. The cottage was very clean and only a block away from the lake. Little extras were appreciated at this property, including a welcome tray of goodies with a bottle of wine. We enjoyed the pool and nearby park. Niagara on the Lakes restaurants are all close by. “We rented for a small wedding - 25 total The house is huge & all the wedding party was able to stay togather. It was the perfect size & layout. The area is quiet as the house is rather tucked into the peach orchard. The peach orchard, gardens & yard were amazing in July as the background for our daughter's wedding! The owner was quick to respond to all our questions before & during our stay. Well done Orchard Villa!”

“From finding the house, to the amazing views and cozy nooks, this is what every vrbo listing should be. Anyone who stays here will feel the care and comfort the homeowners have put into their home. Within driving distance of anything and everything you could need. It was a fantastic find and we are definitely going to be back! This was our best and favorite stay so far.”

“What a great house! We really enjoyed this house for my family and my cousins family. 4 adults and 7 kids. The house was very nice and clean and we had quick access to Niagara Falls. Would highly recommend this property. ”

“Overall, the location is almost perfect as it allows you to be just outside of the hustle and bustle of Niagara. The house offers an overall good experience and can easily accommodate 8-10 people. About a mile and a half walk to upper Clifton Hills. Internet WiFi and TV services are available and easily accessed. There are several things that need to be addressed: There is ONLY one entrance/exit to the rental. The back door is locked as it butts into the rear rental and could be a significant……

“This was the worst booking I ever had.. first of all, when we reached, the keypad was not working, then got hold of host and after attempting two different codes, it worked.. when we went in, the whole house was mess with pan masala, alcohol including toilet, all bedrooms, kitchen and fridge. We called the host, he said there is no cleaners available and said he can deduct cleaning fee. We told him there is no way my family can stay at the house with pan masala was spot on the sheet.
