Great Little Hidden Gem
We had a nice stay at this location. It was close to a grocery store, gas station and a few restaurants were near by. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. When we arrived there was a bottle of red wine greeting us. We had to contact the property manager about a small issue that he took care of right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. Minutes to the Falls
The place was very nice! I wasn’t expecting all of the steps or I would have packed lighter lol. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. I had no idea how to key in but Lincoln answered his phone as soon as I called. Crisis averted!

This is a wonderful place, the 15 steps to the condo were unexpected but overall it was a newer nicer place to stay and the complimentary wine and fruit was great! It was close to the falls but far enough that it was quiet.

Perfect Stay
Wonderful property, perfect location for exploring the Falls area. Perfect 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice and well stocked kitchen. There were bottles of water in the fridge and a bottle of wine, both of which were greatly appreciated! Very clean, very comfortable and great communication. Would definitely recommend!!!

Perfect Spot!
My family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights. Very clean, very quiet and perfect for us all to have a little space. We chose to Lyft to the Falls, even tho we drove our own car. Host was very responsive and we would stay here again!

Lincoln was a wonderful host! He had a bottle of wine and fruit waiting for us when we got there! The condo is beautiful and was spotless! It’s convenient to the Niagara Falls attractions and easy to get around to them! I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

Amazing experience
We recently stayed in condo and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat. And of course pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine and fresh fruits waiting for us in the room, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend it!

Lovely Modern Property!
The condo was beautiful, very comfortable, and incredibly clean. It had everything we could possibly need, and Lincoln even left us fruit and a bottle of wine. We were very happy to be staying a mile or so from the falls- the touristy scene near the falls was a bit overwhelming. It was easy to drive or Uber to that area, and we did not have to deal with crowds or traffic if when we wanted to go somewhere else.
