Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. I booked this last minute due to weather and was delighted with the choice. It was a great value as it was inexpensive but the property appears to have been recently updated. The rooms are well-appointed with a fridge and microwave and lots of great pillows. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are well sound-proofed and quiet (perhaps assisted by the fact I was on the 2nd floor) and I was able to get a great nights sleep. It’s an easy walk to OLG stage (my reason for going to Niagara)

Dining room was really congested , it was really difficult to grab and eat breakfast there.Additionally , breakfast was not good with less options. Furthermore, hair dryer was not working in washroom and too many noises from the room hitting , fire alarm at mid night without any valid reason.I would definitely not recommend for anyone.

Room was marked non-smoking, but smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was a few mini muffins, plain toast and defrosted frozen waffles. Tight limited seating area for breakfast. Was fine for 1 night, beds were comfortable, but wouldn’t stay longer due to the smell of the room.

The room was quite clean, and the bed was super cozy! We enjoyed that the TV had Netflix and other streaming services downloaded. We also liked that the heater in room was efficient especially for a chilly winter night. Staff was quick to get us on our way to our room, even when we arrived very late (11pm). The bonus was seeing online that parking was $20 and then being told that we only have to pay $10 because it’s winter! The front desk also let us know that parking is free when you book with the hotel directly. We enjoyed having a restaurant named Almac’s 100m down the street where they served $13 all you can eat breakfast buffet.
