“It's a homestay. Spacious and good for a big family of 5 or 6. When we reached there, owner was not there. After few frantic calls, owner told to get ourselves a key to the unit. Parking compound was big...BUT, by evening, the whole space was occupied by MILO vehicles and trucks. Apparently, they prepared the favourite drink there at the parking compound. Our whole experience worsened when our car was hit by one of the MILO vehicles. We had parked our vehicle as advised by their……

“The best stay that I have had in Malaysia. I stayed in a few hotels but this establishment was the best. From being very peaceful and serene to the amazing hospitality of all the staff I truly felt the most relaxed here. The staff go that extra mile and more to make you comfortable. They took time out to drive me to a medical facility when I was unwell due to my medical conditions. No other establishment would do that. “The room is comfortable and the window view is very beautiful. An interesting night market is near the hotel.”

“No lift,only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet.And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type.The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice.”

“There is bloodstained blanket/ comforter. It's very disgusted. This hotel is not as qualified as 5 Star hotel. They need to start to learn it from 1 star. They even have no comb, and no soap. The front seat might be avoid solve this problem promptly since no one pick up the phone in 5 minutes. It's rediculous.”
