The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping from the renters in the adjacent unit, and traffic noise, our first night at the property was sleepless. I did call management to complain and thankfully the other renters left the next day and the rest of our stay was peaceful. They do have a “quiet hour” rule but in our case, our neighbor did not adhere to it. Although in the company’s website it says each unit gets 2 parking spots, ours has 1.5 as one spot has the deck posts sitting on it. The property does have a few positives. The unit was spotless, and cookware, kitchen appliances, toiletries, beach towels, hair dryer, iron, washer & dryer are provided. The unit was nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The property is within walking distance to a lot restaurants and shops on Thames Street and The Elms on Bellevue Ave.
