This oceanfront condo in Newport boasts incredible ocean views from the windows and balcony, with the Yaquina Head Lighthouse visible on the horizon. Inside the second-level, corner condo has all the comforts of home, with a flatscreen TV, fully equipped kitchen, plush furniture, and a selection of books.

This condo is smack dab in the middle of Nye Beach, within easy walking distance of a long stretch of sandy beach, as well as all the establishments of the desirable neighborhood. Walk out your door and find ice cream shops and restaurants, or browse the unique boutiques that populate this area. A short drive away are great hiking opportunities at Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area, as well as the Newport Bayfront and the Oregon Coast Aquarium.

Great place to stay in Newport!
We loved staying here - great ocean views and within walking distance to good restaurants. Very comfortable and fully stocked ktichen. We will definitely be back!

Time Travel to the 1980's
It felt like visiting grandma's condo. Except grandpa isn't around to help fix anything anymore and grandma is having a hard time cleaning on her own. The glass shower door fell off when trying to shut it, causing it to come crashing down into the bathtub and narrowly missing my twinkly little toes. Then the bath towel I tried to use smelled very strongly of wet, stinky dog. Or maybe that's wishful thinking.. There's a bare electrical wire coming out of the dining light fixture. The TV situation is a comical, open rats nest of boxes and wires. Holes in the walls that need to be patched, caulk coming apart, sun bleached wall art and a distinct smell of fresh vinyl throughout. Oh yeah and be careful exiting on the right side of the gate. with anything other than an SUV. The ground will attempt to relieve you of metal parts under your vehicle when you drive through the gate. Def not staying here again.

Quiet area
Property was safe and secure. We stayed during the week which was better for us as it got much louder on Friday. The only issue was that the kitchen window had a high pitch squeal when the wind blew. And it is always windy. Otherwise, the place itself was great, with beautiful views!!

Lovely place; outstanding view
The place was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. Only 2 issues: (1) when I went to get a wine glass, I noticed 2 glasses that had cracks in them. I left them on the counter. (2) The dishwasher was full of clean dishes (I assume from the previous guests. I didn't empty it and just washed the dishes I used. Other than those 2 minor things, I had a wonderful stay.

The location and view are fabulous! We loved watching the weather and the ocean! While the unit itself was very clean, we found the kitchen wasn't quite so good. We found dirty silverware in with the clean silverware, standing grease on a cookie sheet in the cabinet, and the scrub brush for the dishes was full of grease. Plus, there weren't any Kleenex - not one cube or box anywhere! Otherwise, everything was great.

Loved the property and its convenient beach access. Communication with owner was by text, and very prompt. It was a short stay for us. We enjoyed every minute.

Beautiful views but cluttered and outdated
Beautiful views, great location but the unit is overfilled with outdated and unnecessary furnishings like a piano and ancient exercise bike. The dried flowers and artwork were just sad. The bed was hard and the pillows were lumpy and flat. The unit smelled musty.

Great location but very worn and not very clean. A lot can be overlooked except a smelly mattress & pillows. For the price the condo needs major upgrade.

Wonderful view, great location but...
You couldn't ask for a better view or location. The condo is in a complex right on Nye Beach and is easily accessible to every Newport attraction. The beach is literally right out your door. The condo is dated and a bit worn but clean. It is certainly a great value in comparison to other properties with the same view and excellent location. One caveat, however; the mattresses is absolutely horribly uncomfortable. Personally, I could not stay there again unless it was replaced. After six nights, my back was in very bad shape.

Terrific view of the coastline from Nye Beach to Yaquina Head. Very nice to just walk to anywhere in Nye Beach. It was nice to have two bathrooms, even just for the two of us.

The view at the apartment was simply spectacular. Comfortable place, just that the heater in the room was pretty noisy. Otherwise, it was a delightful stay.

27th Wedding Anniversary
What a beautiful place to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary! We were reminiscing our honeymoon in Maui and decided that we loved staying at this condo in Nye beach even more! We loved the views, the location to great restaurants, and the 80's style charm and cleanliness of the unit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nye Beach Condo
This condo was in a great location at Nye Beach near Newport. This is why you come. The deck view had a wrap around window which enabled seeing the lighthouse which was very nice. You could see a panoramic of the beach. Amazing and beautiful! The condo is outdated, but a fun beach vibe. The kitchen was stocked with low end dishes and accessories and a few spices. We weren't cooking so not an impact. No wine glasses, bring your own :) We would stay again, a nice clean place and the view was amazing!
