“Beautiful classic historical hotel just down the road from the Newport “Cottages” shopping and Thames Street. Parking has gotten to be expensive in Newport be prepared. We ate at Nicola’s restaurant on Memorial drive, excellent and not over priced.”

“Hotel has been recently update, Room was comfortable, they are still finishing the outside and have some issues in the room that need to be fixed. The torpedo is a good bar and food. Gift shop is great. Location is great”

“Lovely hotel, clean and modern amenities. Front desk was kind and accommodating. Check in/out was a breeze. So pretty with all the Christmas lights made it magical.”

“Front office staff attentive and professional. Beds comfortable. Felt safe sleeping there solo as a female. Tv had many channels. Offered breakfast but did not personally have any due to time restrictions. Plenty of towels and clean room. Only thing is my room was as soon as you walked into lobby and walls were paper thin. But did not deter from my night sleep. Plenty of parking. ”

“Welcoming front desk staff. Convenient for walking Thames St and enjoying the shops and eating establishments. Clean. Probably would not recommend a townhouse with narrow spiral staircase if carrying large or heavy luggage. Nice, small kitchenette. Beautiful balcony view. ”
