“We came to Jay for a wedding, great house and location for venue. Only things is th main bedroom comforter had dog hair of top, you couldn’t tell at first when we arrived at night but in the morning with the sun I saw it. Everything else was clean.”

“Great location and closest front door to trail as possible (probably like 20 feet!) Clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay. If it wasn't 3 degrees w 60mph winds, our time on the mountain would have been much better, but you just can't time Mother Nature! ”

“The property was great for our group of 4. Kitchen was well equipped, although toaster needs replacement. Bathrooms had lots of towels and dove soap/shampoo/conditioner. A few things we could have used were scissors and kleenex. The shower drains do need a cleaning as they filled up while showering to cover our feet and drained very slow. We did have an issue with beeping on our last night. It was a water sensor telling us there was a leak under the sink. We weren't sure how to shut the sensor……
