Located in Newport Beach at the Balboa pier, this unit has been completely remodeled. Granite counters, stainless appliances, and recessed lighting. New bathrooms with granite, travertine tile, and sleek glass shower enclosures. The unit includes high-speed internet Wi-fi access, and two flatscreen TVs ( living room, and master bedroom). Direct TV with all premium movie and sports channels included.

Walk to the Fun Zone, the Balboa Island Ferry, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The world-famous surfing spot "The Wedge" a just a short walk from this location. The greenbelt in front of this unit is great for kids and allows easy access to the beach. Available year-round, Dogs, are considered at the owner's discretion. If Pet (s) are approved there is a separate pet contract that must be completed at the time of booking. The owner has similar property next door for larger groups or joint family vacations. Ask for availability and details of this property.

Perfect Family Spot
Great location for families. Close to everything; shopping, fun zone, food, beach. The grass area right out past the front patio was perfect to play with the kids and the dogs. We spent most of our time on the patio people and dog watching. So nice not to have to worry about partying above you or sharing the patio with vacationers since it is the wonderful owners living upstairs. Very clean with access to bikes, beach equipment and games. We read so many reviews of different places before choosing this one. The kids said the beds were more comfortable than their own at home. The linens in the bathroom were very plush. We put our two teen boys in the twin/twin room, 2 adults in the king room and our teen daughter in the bunk room. Could have had another kid with her on the top bunk. The sofa pulls out also but we didn’t use it as we ended up having 5 people with our dog that was pre approved to join. The sofas were great and the layout was perfect to look out to the boardwalk from inside. The dining table inside and outside were great as well. My family has allergies so even if there were shedding dogs that were there before us it must have been cleaned extremely well as no one had any allergies. Lots of parking nearby if you have more than one car. We used the bikes daily and were provided a lock. There are multiple coffee shops steps away as well as restaurants and so many stores. Also tons of places to rent or buy anything you might need. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay in Newport Beach was excellent. The place was exactly as described in description in VRBO. It had been recently renovated and painted. Large patio for watching drone show and enjoying the outdoors. Ed was excellent responding to any questions or concerns we had.

Enjoyable family Thanksgiving retreat
The best thing about this condo is the location! It's right on the beach and the boardwalk, so you can leave your front door and have a choice of walking for miles in both directions on a walking path, the beach or neighborhood streets. The grassy area in front of the condo is perfect for walking your dog. The living room is comfortable and you can watch beautiful sunsets every night on the front patio or through the sliding living room door. The beds are also comfy. The condo is quiet at night and you can hear the sounds of the waves crashing as you go to sleep.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo
Our family loved staying in this beachfront condo. Wonderful location right by Balboa pier. Fun to ride bikes and walk along the boardwalk that runs right in front of the place. Also a five minute walk to the Balboa ferry. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a nice 2 mile walk up to Newport pier. Wonderful, clean space for our family of six. Owner super responsive.

Enjoyed a long weekend in Newport Beach! Perfect location for walks on the strand. Nice to have a garage for parking. Unit was clean, great communication with the owner, easy check in and check out! Amazing home, location and host
Our group was 2 couples in their 50s and 60s. Two have mobility issues so we needed bedrooms downstairs and single floor living. This place was perfect. It’s nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchen. The patio facing the ocean has a great six person table and lounge chairs. It’s great for looking out on the sand and a grassy area where people play soccer, take their dogs for walks and bicyclists and skater go by on the boardwalk. Very convenient walk to the fun zone, restaurants including Ruby’s on the pier and so much more. The area is generally quiet. You will hear airplanes during the day but since the OC airport closes down for flights at 11pm, it’s not disruptive. The host is thoughtful, friendly and respective of your privacy. This is an excellent option for a beachfront rental and we can’t wait for the opportunity to return!!! Don’t miss out on renting this one

Relaxing Beach getaway
My family has stayed at this same property many times and it never disappoints. The house is always clean, well kept, and updated. It is the perfect location for those with kids. Walking distance from the beach, park, pier, restaurants, fun zone. It’s also great as it’s located in front of the grass. So after a day at the beach you can still play. The owner is so kind and friendly. He is always available for anything you need or just a chat. We absolutely love coming here year after year.

Another perfect stay
We are repeat visitors to this property and we continue to love it as much as we did the first time. Ed is a perfect host - responsive and friendly. Great beach getaway
Great location for families, particularly with a dog. Loved the large grass park right at the beach. Large patio area—fantastic for our dog who loved to relax and people watch. Clean property, great location. Kitchen well equipped. Only downfall is tight footprint for a family of all adults—not a problem with a young family. Not a big deal though as we were mostly at the beach. Friendly owners. Would stay here again.

Great location for a family on the boardwalk
First and foremost, great interaction with the owners. Truly wonderful people. Made sure we had a great time in our rental from letting us know what to expect to ensuring all was well during our stay. In a great location with a field for the kids to play and the ocean right there. Quieter location way from all the beach traffic. Clean rental with incredible patio. Family Fun in the Sun
We loved our stay at the property. It was all of our kiddos' first time in Cali, so we looked long and hard for just the right spot and house. We loved the location right on the big lawn the kids could play, while also so close to the beach, restaurants, the pier and of course right on the boardwalk. We would definitely stay at this location again. Ed was great to communicate with and even helped us with local spots. The weather was superb and we loved the entire neighborhood surrounding the house. Take the ferry to Balboa Island! Can't wait to go back.

If you have kids, this is THE PLACE!! This is the most perfect location. The kids can run & play in the grassy area & then of course, the beach is right there. Our kids played hard & they were in bed every night before 9pm. There are a couple of coffee shops within a 3 minute walk. Great place & hosts were very kind. 😊
