The beautiful grounds were an added bonus as we enjoyed some botchy ball, and walks around the property. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay again! “We had a nice stay with our black lab. Nice, dog friendly property. We were there Monday - Friday in early September. The weather was beautiful and proximity to local attractions was a plus. No crowds at all. A really relaxing visit. We will be back for sure. ”

“perfect place to stay! There were 7 of us, it was easy to get to the wineries on Seneca Lake. The view of the lake, the dock with glider and the chairs around the firepit made the trip, we spent a lot of time outback enjoying the view. The rooms were cozy. The house was very comfortable to hang out in, we didn’t even use all the rooms to sit in, there is a great amount of space. The kitchen is perfect set up and the 2nd fridge space really helped. Overall, great trip with friends. ”
