This was a very nice hotel to stay in for the price. It is in the heart of Little Korea which gives you tons of food options. The sushi restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in the city. The only complaint was that the room felt a little dated.

No lobby area to relax or wait in. Just some shabby chairs in main bldg and nothing in N tower. However, the quiet room and the comfortable bed was a big plus. Rooms look a little beat up and could use some paint but overall clean and functional.

From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and exceptional service. They were quick to assist with any requests and even gave me great recommendations for local restaurants. The room itself was spacious and clean, but the highlight was definitely the bed, it was incredibly comfortable. After a long day of exploring the city, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The location is also very convenient, close to many attractions. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to New York!

I cannot recommend this Hotel enough! The service truly stood out, the staff was attentive, accommodating, and made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. This hotel definitely is not what we expected. Don’t trust the pictures. We arrived and my immediate thought was “wow the lobby is pretty nice” as we approach front desk we try to check in. The lady that was there was not nice. She looked up our reservation and told us we had to go across the street to their other property. We get there and it’s just a desk and an elevator, no lobby. We tried to ask why were we sent here and he rolled his eyes and asked if the lady sent us over. He was an older man, didn’t seem too happy checking us in either. We get our key, headed up to our room. I was already thrown off by everyone’s attitude and getting sent across the street. We get there and just drop off our luggage and leave for the rest of the day. As we are coming back later that night to the hotel my boyfriend stopped at front desk to ask for a key because he lost it. This time it was a different gentlemen, he was the nicest person we encountered while staying there. He gave us a new key and asked if we were aware of there being no hot water on property, he said it went out since earlier in the day. We then proceeded to tell him that we checked in and dropped our luggage off and left so we didn’t even realize it. The gentleman that checked us in did not notify us about the issue. If we would have known when we checked in I definitely would’ve considered canceling and booking somewhere else.
