It was a decent stay overall, we had an issue with check in and also saw other ppl have issues as well. Limiting dining was a disappointment, the food that we did get was not worth the money. Limited access to any drinks/snacks for the room as well, also another disappointment. The room was small, but it worked. Could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t work with. The rooftop cinema area was nice, but the prices for tickets were kind of steep; I guess I understand the charge because it’s open to the public, but kind of thought it should be something more exclusive to guests that actually paid to stay there. The free breakfast was nice but again, food wasn’t great. Still a nice option to have for the morning. The area around the hotel is nice, had some good spots to eat if you needed something quick. Times Square was a little bit further than I thought it was from the hotel when I looked it up, but it was a walkable distance. A lot of attractions weren’t as close as I expected them to be, but again a lot of things were still within a walkable distance (weather permitted). Great view of the Empire State Building. Front desk staff was nice but I do think they could offer more info for guests, as far as things to do in the area. I know it’s not their responsibility and we did have our trip planned already, but a little direction on where to go and how to get there is always nice. Like I said, a decent stay overall but definitely lacking in some areas
