This was a very convenient place to stay in Manhattan. Major attractions like the MoMa, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, shopping, and theaters were easily accessible and within walking distance. Its in the center of everything but on a relatively quiet street. The room was very comfortable. Even thought they weren't able to place me on an upper floor, it was still quieter than I expected. The staff was nice and friendly.
There were however a few small things missing that I would have expected from a hotel like this like bathrobe and slippers, complimentary water bottles, a kettle, complimentary tea bags etc. There was a Nespresso machine and complimentary pods which I appreciated but none of the other stuff. Also on the one night that we chose to have a light dinner in the hotel restaurant, the food wasn't great.
