“We look at the page to see the new year's activities in the room But we were shown the street room and couldn't see the Times Square New Year's Eve event at all. We asked for a room change and we had to pay more. We later paid more to get us another room. Will not book this hotel again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Lotte. The location can’t be beat, it’s a super walkable area but we also took cabs/ubers and the subway nearby without issue. The check-in process could be improved. They only had two people working and I stood in line for close to 40min waiting for our room key, after previously checking in then being informed our room was ready before 4pm. The front desk almost always had a long line. The hotel was very nice and convenient, but overall I felt it was overpriced for what……

“The location is really great, just a few minute walk to the central park and 5th avenue. The staffs are friendly. But the hotel is a bit old. ”
