“Quiet. Nice stay”

“Was very clean and cute. Looks like they are working on adding a kitchenette which would be a great addition. I thought it was 2 bedroom by the pictures but its just a studio apartment with 2 sleeping areas separated by partition but it was very nicely done. I would stay again if I were visiting the area.”

“We stayed one night while we were in the area getting our annual Christmas tree. Location was just as described. Host was incredibly responsive. The views were out of this world - sunrise, sunset, deer everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Clean, comfy and relaxing environment. The sound of the creek water running along the property is so relaxing. It was a bit too cold to spend much time outside but I imagine it’s magical during the early Fall and Summer. The hosts went all out and decorated the cottage interior with tasteful holiday decorations which was very nice. Their thoughtfulness continued with them leaving a box of apple fritters for us and treats for the fur babies. Our stay was more business than pleasure but we would……

“The property was so cute and everything was so clean! The grounds and the views were breathtaking. We did do the hike up to the top of the hill to enjoy the lookout. It was a little steeper and longer than we anticipated but we'll worth it. What a great little slice of heaven. Hotub was perfect temperature and being able to hangout in the silence of the night was amazing. Would definitely do this again! ”

“The seclusion can't be beat back in the woods quiet very relaxing it was cold so we didn't experience the hiking trails and pond but they looked amazing we will be staying again ”

“I specialize in the identification and removal of mold and other hazardous materials in hospitals and sensitive areas. There was visible mold, active leaks, and the smell of mildew throughout. The pictures were very misleading. The real problem here is we were visiting the area for an industry event (healthcare construction) and I brought a representative from a local healthcare facility who just so happened to be immunocompromised and battling cancer. Thats not a good look. I won't stay here……

“A spur of the moment trip with my mom turned out to be the perfect spot for a long weekend. This little efficiency is clean, has everything one could need with a fully stocked kitchenette, spacious bathroom, a cozy bed (a double, snuggle up if you're not alone) and a covered patio to enjoy the outside. Convenient to Sparta, NC and Independence/Galax, VA and very near a river access. The owner was very responsive and communication was great. I would definitely choose to stay here again if……
