The residence offers four bedrooms, each furnished with quality linens on two king beds and two queen beds, comfortably sleeping eight. For larger parties, two sleeper sofas provide extra bedding for four additional guests.
Every bedroom is adorned with smart TVs for relaxed entertainment, while the dedicated workspace lets you work in comfort. Four bathrooms ensure no morning hustle, equipped with essential amenities and plush towels.
Your culinary adventures can take flight in the fully-stocked kitchen. Functionality meets style in this space boasting a Keurig coffee maker, a built-in wine cooler, and modern cooking essentials. Additionally, this property remains ideal for multi-family gatherings who desire added privacy since it hosts two independent units. Rules prohibit smoking, pets, and parties/events. Moreover, we enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, out of respect for the peaceful neighborhood. Security measures include on-site cameras, an alarm system, and outdoor motion sensor lights.
