“The service at the café and room service was terrible. In both cases, they brought us our coffee and we had to wait for cream. Room Service they forgot the maple syrup. A Second set of utensils and we had to wait for cream until the coffee was warm. The room was showing signs of wear and the tile in the shower could’ve used a cleaner. The chairs in the café were so worn out they were uncomfortable to sit in.”

“Overall a very fun hotel with a lot of quirks. My room was over the street and, unfortunately, incredibly loud. If you’re looking for a fun and reasonably priced hotel in the heart of the city - you found it! Knowing what I do now, I would absolutely stay here again (and request a room further from the road). ”

“Beautiful hotel. The rooms were quite large by NYC standards, and the staff was very friendly. The spa experience was fantastic (despite the spa itself having a dated feel with minimal space in the relaxation room). My issue is that I am not sure about the value for the cost. Given how expensive the hotel is, I would have expected unparalleled service. Unfortunately we had incomplete housekeeping one day and no turndown one night. And although small things, for the price, these should not have……
