“Great experience from start to finish. The owner was so kind and helpful. The boat is clean and as advertised. Owner met us on arrival and gave instructions on using the golf cart and the houseboat. If you know anything about downtown Knoxville and parking, you know how useful that golf cart was. Highly recommend the experience. Will definitely book again.”

“Beautiful accommodations with everything we could need and more.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was very convenient to the Riverwalk and a variety of local restaurants. I had to communicate with the owner about one thing and he was immediately available and very patient.”

“We had an amazing time on the lake and staying on this floating house. The house was as described and listed and the location was easy access. The ramp was a little steeper then we imagined so maybe including pics of the boat landing would be helpful! ”

“Clean, very nice cabin, and Hot tub was fantastic. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Couch and chairs were also comfy. Fireplace was great. Good views. Nice to have game room as well. Host very responsive, friendly, and respectful. Good location as well. Close to attractions but far enough away for cabin like atmosphere. Would definitely stay again. ”

"The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area."
