"Went during spring break with the kids. It was easy going. Very crowded. As long as you have control of your crew you will be okay. Other than that the place was awesome. Me and my family stayed at the Showboat hotel, not the best, but definitely is convenient same place have everything you don’t have to drive anywhere unless otherwise. arcade was nice had me excited ,and feeling like a kids all over again . So plan that trip ,and enjoy ! : )"

"Everything was a breeze. Kiesha the customer service agent from the borgata answered all of my questions and helped me confirm my booking. Being able to check-in on line was amazing and being able to use my phone as my room key was definitely convenient. I didn’t have to wait in line at all! The property was well kept and everything was amazing. "

"This is was worst experience I have ever had at Harrah’s. Had to check in early due to the automatic machines not working. The line was so long waited over an hour cause I wasn’t sure if I would be able to check in later. Pause extra to check in early. Then my key card did not work when I wanted to get into my room the next day so I didn’t stay since I was cut off 3 times at the hotel and finally they sent the security guard to open my room. I didn’t stay Wednesday night cause there was another event going on and I would had to wait for additional time over 3 hrs to get a new set of keys. I want some compensation and the Harrah’s operations manager said she would be happy to talk to someone at Expedia. This was a be very challenging situation and it was unfortunate put come. The room was old and dusty and absolutely disgusting. The bathroom sink would back up every time I washed my hands. So ended up washing my face and brushing my teeth in the tub next to the sink. I would like a full refund of the one night I didn’t stay due to the lock change at Harrah’s. The operations manager’s name is Lynn Woods."
