Due to the extended cleaning and sanitizing processes, units are typically not ready before the check-in time, but we do often have availability to offer early access to your parking spot. If you require an early check-in, please let us know so we can check our availability.

Our cleaning team has implemented a rigorous sanitization process prior to each guest’s arrival and is focused on disinfecting all public surfaces. Additionally, we are focused on disinfecting all shared building areas such as door handles, railings, and common areas

Apartment Rules All reserved guests must abide to apartment rules set forth by host.
1. Guests must check-in after 3 pm. The guest that booked the reservation must be the person to check-in, unless or the host must be made aware that the reservation is made for another member of their family.
2. Guests must check-out by 11 am.
3. The number of guests that was pre-book on AirBnB must be the number of guests that check-in and stay at the apartment. If extra guests past the allowed amount stay, then there will be additional charge of $50 per guest. If guests knowingly lie on the booking reservation and bring extra guests past the allowed amount (example, the number of total guests booked was ten, and the number of guests that stay at the apartment is eleven), then the party must leave immediately, and no refund will be given. However, the host does understand that sometimes things happen, so please contact AirBnB to update the booking if more guests come during the stay. The host will need to be provided with official confirmation from AirBnB of the update.
4. This apartment is smoke-free. No illegal drugs are allowed to be consumed on the apartment premises. No cigarettes are allowed to be smoked inside the apartment.
5. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded if an animal is found on the apartment premises.
6. Guests must keep appropriate noise levels to not disturb neighborhood. We do have noise monitors on site inside premise to monitor noise levels. They will alert us if noise exceeds a certain threshold.
7. No illegal activities are allowed on the apartment premises.
8. Parking is available on-site. Please be courteous to other guests and park in an appropriate manner.
9. Guests are not allowed to use charcoal grills on the apartment premises. Guests are not allowed to initiate anything such as lighting candles, barbecuing, or anything thereof with flames that may cause a fire on the apartment premises.
10. The apartment comes fully furnished for guests’ stay. Guests must keep all furnishings in good, clean conditions.
11. Guests must use all appliances for intended use. Any damages due to any type of negligence will be charged to guests as a penalty fee.
12. Guests are responsible for their belongings, items, and possessions. Hosts are not responsible for any loss of missing items during the stay of the guests. Please be sure to check for belonging before checking-out. We can't promise that items will still be on the premise after the cleaners come.
13. Hosts are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that happen while on the apartment premises. Guests agree that any harm that arises from their use of the apartment is their responsibility. Guests are responsible for their invited guests during their stay.
14. The host reserves the right to terminate the booking at any given time if guests prove to be rude, too demanding, and unappreciative of the services provide.
