“Beautiful room and view, very nice staff, nice pool, private beach with shark net, super clean. Free and easy parking, kitchen well appointed, beds super comfy. Only downside was the disco 2-3 times per week at the hotel next door that goes until 4am (yes you read that right). We moved rooms to escape the noise (we had to pay XPF 5000 per night for the pleasure) and we could still hear the thumping of the music. ”

“1. Aircon was very noisy. No response to the request of changing room. 2. Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.”

“We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”

“I love the view. Lemon bay is right in front of the hotel. And you can just wear your swim wear and enjoy the beach. Please book the shuttle bus service by yourself. As if you book it through Expedia or through the hotel. It will be expensive. The room is nice, there is a small balcony, and there are much space for me to put my big luggage. It only takes you to walk about 15 mins to the pier to the Duck island and 20 mins walk to Anse vata. Therefore, please walk!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the front desk were always so lovely and spoke great English. Room was great and cleaners did a good job keeping it clean, we got it quite sandy one day and they did a great job cleaning. Beach was AMAZING, better than any of the beaches visited in New Caledonia including private beach at the Hilton resort. Free kayak and other sports equipment was great and the man to book these through was really nice and even saw dolphins at the beach one day and came……
