The fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home opens into the dining and living area. The dining table seats 8 and there is room for 2 more at the breakfast bar. The living room provides a fabulous view of the river and is perfect for gathering to play games or for watching TV, and in the evening the couch folds out into a sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with walk in shower. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that open to the patio overlooking the river. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, with flat screen TV and the third bedroom has 2 twin over twin bunk beds. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the second and third bedrooms. Spend your evenings on the beautiful balcony overlooking the Comal River after a long day of tubing or just relax and enjoy the amazing view! All linens are furnished.
Only two parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. The second parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served.' This condo is on the ground floor. The host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Guests will also be provided with 10 wristbands (max amount allowed). No pets allowed. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** This property has wristbands that need to be returned to our office location upon departure. The condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex has laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
