If you want to be left alone and away from others this is your place. Be advised there’s spotty cell service around the area and limited at the cabin. Only negative I have.”

“Our family of eight recently stayed at this cozy little cottage, and it was perfect for us. The cottage was well-stocked with all the essentials, and the beds were very comfortable. Two small observations: Bed count seems off, which did not make any difference to our group because we were smaller and kitchen could use a little better cooking pots, pans and utensils. “Great property. Isolated. Nature/birds. Pictures don’t do it justice; much better in person. Home was extremely spacious. Comfortably fit 3 adults 4 children. Wish we spent more time at the property itself because of how beautiful it was. Host is kind and friendly, always available via text message. Location is far from common areas (college station)- which was about a 45-60 minute drive. Was not an issue for us, though. Roads are dark when driving late at night. Overall, great stay!……

“The area where the house is located is beautiful. I suggest showing up during the day because if you have city people with you like I did, they might freak out not being able to see their surroundings. I personally was not scared and love how the secluded area is. also there is zero Wi-Fi or cell service inside the house but sitting on the porch I was able to get cell service. very clean I would definitely stay there again. Huge plus in my opinion was the water pressure in the shower!!”

“This house is the PERFECT place to stay for baseball tournament in Franklin!! We were here for my son’s tournament weekend. Very comfortable for our group of 6. It is 5 to 10 minutes to the ballpark. The house is precious, very well maintained, cold AC! Great communication with the host who accommodated all of our needs & always replied quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this lovely home:):) We will be back for future tourneys!”

“It was just as expected. Front desk was efficient, checked us in and out quickly. The beds were comfy, room was clean, hotel was well maintained. Offered us a later check out time. Plenty of parking, even had an electric car charging port! The breakfast was nice for what it was. The mass produced aluminum tray of scrambled eggs had flavor. I didnt have a sausage patty but it was a nice option. We loved the waffles, Texas shaped or four minis, with syrups, jams, peanut butter and nutella options……
