酒店服务超级好，设施很新，有地暖，有按摩浴缸，还有无限量瓶装水供应。每次进出，前台都会出来聊几句。店里有个工作人员同时也是中文向导。早餐非常丰盛，负责早餐的服务生们很可爱。

Stop researching and choose this hotel immediately. Caverna went above and beyond all expectations and after being in the area for half a week I’m sure this is the place you will want to stay while in Goreme. I’m an extensive researcher when it comes to booking hotels and I’m usually not one to leave a review but felt I should in this situation. The rooms were spectacular, and the staff was more than helpfull when it came to booking, recommendations, and even offering free transportation when we were in need. The caves are genuine and very clean. I couldn’t immagine booking any place other than this in Goreme. Thank you again to both the owner and rest giving us the trip we dreamed of!

Staying in this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious, clean, and cozy, even though it was a cave room. The view outside was a highlight, with or without the hot air balloons. Their breakfast spread was amazing, and we were absolutely content staying there. We wish we could've stayed longer.

Exactly what I needed. Friendly staff and clean rooms with everything needed. Great photo op for mornings when there’s hot air balloons flying. Breakfast was a massive spread too. Would defo recommend.

Staying at Caverna Hotel Premium Caves in Cappadocia was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The suites themselves were stunning, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. Sleeping in a cave room was a unique experience, and the decor added a touch of authenticity and luxury. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. One of the highlights was waking up to a breathtaking view of hot air balloons floating over the valley. Breakfast on the terrace was a daily delight, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious local dishes. Overall, Caverna Hotel Premium Caves exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're planning a trip to Cappadocia, I highly recommend staying here for an extraordinary and memorable experience.

Daha önce Kapadokya’ya arkadaşımla gelmiştim ve çok beğenmiştim. Annemin de görmesini çok istediğim için kısa bir Kapadokya tatili ayarlamıştım. Bu oteli yorumlardan tamamen tesadüf eseri gördüm ve ayarladım. Ama iyi ki bulmuşum. İnanılmaz memnun kaldık. Azat Bey ve otelde görev alan diğer tüm çalışanlar çok nazik ve iyilerdi. Odamız çok güzel ve temizdi. Kahvaltısı harikaydı. Dışarıda yaptığımız serpme kahvaltılara kesinlikle bin basar :) Herşey çok kaliteli, temiz ve lezzetliydi. Konumu merkezde. Biz çok keyif aldık ve çok sevdik. Tekrar yolum düşerse tercih edeceğim bir yer yine burası olur. Tüm ekibe emeklerinden, güler yüzlü ve nazik yaklaşımlarından dolayı çok teşekkür ederim. With so many similar hotels around, it might be confusing to book. But this cave hotel blew my mind off. The staff is incredible. Azat was the best host you could ask for. He gave the best price for balloon ride and tour. I know for sure cos I asked other tourists I traveled with. Don’t think twice before booking with Azat. He is super transparent. Most ppl will not put any price to maximize return but Azat has everything written and v clear with expectation from get go. I say this cos during the trip you may not be sure if you are paying the right price. Coming back to the hotel, it’s super clean, has a great breakfast and you can even see the morning gallons from the terrace. Definitely coming back here.
