“It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs.”

“Great stay. Lovely pod with everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. Stone circle and pub walkable from the pod. The completely enclosed garden was great for the dog. ”

“Had an amazing stay. Peaceful and amazing scenery within walking distance. Very comfortable and well equipped. Wasn’t anything we can think of that had been missed.”

“The Gun Room was very nicely kitted out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bedroom was very comfortable and bright. One thing I would say is that the sofa is very small and not very comfortable! There is however a TV in the bedroom for lounging. The outside space is lovely and we had some great weather to enjoy it. We had our dog with us so the garden was great but the road was very busy so for a longer walk we had to go in the car. ”

“Meadow Terrace is in a great location in Shrewsbury. A parking space is available for the duration of the stay. The beds were very comfortable. It is an old house on 3 levels, so quite a few stairs, but with plenty of room for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was our second time here.”

“A lovely little cottage, well located for outdoor activities - walking, biking or running. Good pub grub across the road, so no need to drive out after a busy day exploring the beautiful countryside. The cottage is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Any problems were quickly & easily solved with the host. Thank you for a great stay.”

“This was our third stay in this delightful cottage. Full of character and very well equipped, cosy and comfortable. Peaceful location. Delightful garden. Always a warm welcome from Rosemary and delicious cake!! So much to see and do in Shropshire, you'll be spoilt for choice.”

“Ideal for us grandparents and our two children and their families. May not appear close but is in fact just a few minutes walk along a beautiful canal to the village centre. Super village, good riverside pub, plenty to do in the area. We particularly enjoyed out visit to Plas Newydd, in Llangollen.”

“Great accommodation for our group of six! Had everything we needed and place was spotless & comfortable. Perfect outdoor patio to sit and enjoy the beautiful warm weather we had. Short walk into town plus a good base to set out from to enjoy northern Wales. Not a concern for us (except lifting our luggage) but there are a few steps up to the front door that could be a challenge for some. Our host, Richard, was amazing!
