“My family enjoyed a long weekend, taking advantage of the pond for swimming and boating, the walk to the nearby waterfall, and the fire pit for some evening smores. Major Tom was helpful and, as others noted, brought us fresh eggs and was available if anything came up. We all had a wonderful time. Minor mark down on cleanliness because there were mouse droppings on the pans kept in the lower shelves of the kitchen, as wells as a large pile of droppings--presumably more than a couple days……

“A cute relaxing spot close to the park with lots of thoughtful essentials. Beautiful yard and creek. Look forward to returning!”

“Everything about our stay was perfect! The Firetower has everything you need. If you want to stay in and cook your own dinner, everything‘s provided if you want to go out there’s tons of options for restaurants nearby. If you just want to stay on the property and relax and hike around, you see tons of wildlife. If you want to explore, there’s endless options. We did a little bit of both Ricketts Glenn is about 40 minutes away with hiking and waterfalls. Well worth it. We went kayaking at Montour……

“We spent 4 days at this house for 4th of July. The house was big enough for all 12 of us. The proximity to the lake was a great plus. The kids and adults enjoyed riding the bike to the lake and the pacman video game was a hit to the little kids. Kenny was very responsive. Looking forward to our next stay.”

“Great outdoor area and location as described. Dog hair on floor and rug. When AC on it smelled like dog urine. Beds uncomfortable. Need larger toaster for 9 people. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay.”

“In town for parents weekend at Bucknell. Easy 30 minute drive to Lewisburg. Charming basement apartment in farm house. Beautiful property with calming view of fields and pond right out the door. Appreciated all the extra touches and attention to detail. Loved having farm fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge and access to vegetable garden to pick your own veggies. Cool walking path around property. Experienced some noise on second night from people walking around upstairs late at night (I’m a……
