“Three stars is being nice, this place isn’t bad by no means but the pictures are definitely professional. The bottom floor smells like someone left a grumpy for a few months. The trailer situation is quite ridiculous, as it states a 24’ trailer will fit on the property, this is true but not without messing your trailer up. We scraped every corner trying to get our brand new trailer in place, ended up having to leave it off site as it would not fit without damaging our trailer. You need to update……

“This is a great house to rent if you are looking to ride the Spearhead Pocahontas trail or the Pocahontas Hatfield-McCoy trail. The Spearhead trail is right across the road and the Pocahontas HM connector is about a 10-15 min ride away on pavement. The home itself was very clean & roomy and had everything we needed. The VRBO host, Sonya was terrific, she promptly responded to any questions and ensured everything was good during our stay.
