“We are looking at different areas in TX to retire. This was our first trip to the Tyler area. The cabin was perfect! It was exactly as expected, clean, very comfortable and welcoming. While there was a short drive to get to Tyler, it was less than I spend on my daily commute in San Antonio. After we spent our day exploring Tyler and Lindale, it was nice to come back to such a home like cabin and sit talking about our day on the patio. Very happy you allowed pets-our pup enjoyed the large fenced yard. Only negative was mosquitos prevented night gathering on porch. Only ammenity needed was luggage rack; but we handled it OK. “We stayed at Linda's house for a THSBA State tournament weekend. Her property had enough room to accommodate a boat trailer and we were even able to park it under the cover. The house is huge! Enough room for the boys to be able to spread out each night after fishing all day. One concern we always jave pulling a boat through neighborhoods is the roads, the roads to and from the house are perfect woth no issues. The location is within 10 minutes of any boat lauch from mid lake to the dam. If……
