“Jesse was a great host; always responded, check in and check out was simple and less requirements than most hosts! We came down from Oklahoma to spend some time with our TX grands. The house was set up to keep them entertained (as well as grandpa!). The house was clean and simple in design which made cleaning up and keeping up with grandkids easy and hassle free. The soaker tub in the main bedroom was definitely a bonus after a long day of traveling as well as a quiet respite once the grands……

“The house was perfect for our party of three. We had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. Each bedroom had a box fan (which I needed because Walmart was out of stock). We were close to a grocery and liquor store. Also, much closer to Tyler than we realized so went into town to explore. Took advantage of being lake front and did some fishing. We are already talking about this place for our next girl's trip!”

“Good impressions although home and furnishings are reminiscent of the 1970s. Maintenance is needed. Most railings would not meet current codes. Dock is undergoing renovation.”

“A weekend getaway for my husband and I celebrating anniversary. We had everything we needed, neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great watching the sun set over the lake! And our dog was able to hang out with us! ”

“We stayed at Linda's house for a THSBA State tournament weekend. Her property had enough room to accommodate a boat trailer and we were even able to park it under the cover. The house is huge! Enough room for the boys to be able to spread out each night after fishing all day. One concern we always jave pulling a boat through neighborhoods is the roads, the roads to and from the house are perfect woth no issues. The location is within 10 minutes of any boat lauch from mid lake to the dam. If……

“There are too many perks to this home to count. From the views, the host communication, the clean, beautifully decorated home, to the game room downstairs for the kids to have some fun! The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are very welcoming and polite. The Lake location is the perfect spot if you have little one's swimming. Not a lot of traffic on this area of the lake. We will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!”

“Several old college buddies from around the state congregated in Frankston to play three rounds of golf at Pine Dunes and to watch college football. This home served our needs very well. The kitchen is well appointed and spacious that allowed everyone to chip in for meal prep, including grilling steaks outdoors. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and perfect for our crew.
