“We have been coming back to Aggieland for more than 30 years for games. We have stayed in hotels, motels, RVs and all kinds of home rentals. This was my all time favorite! Super convenient location as we like to stay towards Texas/University area. Super clean, spacious and comfy. Tucked away in the back of a home with plenty of parking. Washer/dryer were a bonus since I was coming in from a work trip and game day was a hot/sweaty mess!! The only recommendation I would have would be more……

“We stayed on this property to attend the TX Renaissance Festival. It was so relaxing and peaceful. Our family had a great time fishing and enjoying the outdoors. Mrs. Sherry was such a gracious and accommodating host. We would definitely rent from her again. Our kids talked about the stay all the way home.”

“It is a beautiful property. We barely saw the owners however. I actually never even met him or her. I only saw some workers. There was nothing offered for us to do or anything shown to us on the property. There is a fire pit but there was no one to light it. And there is a barbecue grill but I would’ve had no idea how to start it. Luckily we had eaten a very late lunch or we would have starved to death. Lol. I have no idea if there is anything within driving distance to eat. but we were just……
