Brand new modern construction with 2800 square feet of living space and balcony! Close to everything in Nashville! Centrally located for a convenient $6 Uber ride to downtown. We are also walking distance to some of East Nashville's top spots!
The space
The house is three levels with ample bedding for large groups and families. It features an amazing balcony for supreme leisure with friends or family. The kitchen has all new appliances and is stocked with basic cooking supplies, dishes, and a coffee maker. The living room is comfy and modern with a big TV. The living area is an open floor plan, perfect for your entire group to spend time together during your stay. This home is centrally located in a very safe, fun neighborhood!

Won't stay again!
Very LOUD! Not enough comfortable seating for the amount of people that can stay at the Townhouse. A lot of stairs so make sure you don't have issues with that! They gave us 1 towel for each person, no extras. No Throw blankest, no kleenex. Bare MINIMUM of effort. Will not stay there again, or will not recommend to anyone.

Nice location for surrounding attractions
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property and Nashville’s bars and music. The beds were comfortable and the property was clean. The private rooftop area is a nice place to hang out as well. Very good venue for hanging out with friends.

Relaxing
We booked at the last minute for a getaway before school starts. The place is was clean, comfy and relaxing. The only thing there's only one TV and it's in the living area. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place!
Nice and roomy place. Looks just like the pictures. Owners are responsive. Roof top terrace is great! Could use a few extra towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. Some of the dishes we used were not clean. But an overall great experience! Would stay here again!
