awesome house!
nice and cozy. we were only 2 guests but perfect for a larger family visiting nashville. nice and close to the opry, and not far from downtown either. house was in tip top shape and very clean. can't wait to go back.

Great option for a larger family
A terrific option for the six of us. We loved the trundle beds. Awesome to have a place where every kid could have their own bed and the couch could be used as a couch! Close to multiple grocery and convenience stores. Very happy with our stay.

Great stay and location!
Such a cute and cozy home. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. We had a family of 5 here for an 7 day stay. It worked perfectly. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We came for a sports tournament and we played in Hendersonville which was not far from the area. Not far from downtown Nashville either! We really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Home with Great Location
House was great! Had all the necessities and plenty of space for the 6 of us to be comfortable. The location is ideal for a quick Uber ride to downtown. There are also plenty of food options within a 3 mile radius. Check in and check out was super easy. Would highly recommend!

Perfect little house
This property was as described. It had all the essentials needed. Beds were comfortable. Just a short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, about 10 mins. We stayed Monday to Friday. Quiet neighborhood. Paige was great about communicating with us. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and cute house.
Very nice property. Was clean, quaint and comfortable. Would suggest making it more clear up front that alarm must be deactivated upon arrival. I felt like that instruction was somewhat hidden in the guidebook.

Excellent location and super cute house
We loved our stay. I’ve been to Nashville multiple times and typically stayed downtown. It was so much fun to stay in a different area and just explore what was around…so many shops and restaurants within a couple miles! It was also a short drive (~12 min) to Opryland, Opry Mills and downtown (~10 min). Depending on the group size, only one shower could be a downside yet we planned well and worked fine for us. All in all it’s a great price for the overall package of 3 bedrooms in a good location.

This is the PERFECT little house! In and out of downtown in minutes. Close to grocery stores. Meticulously kept. There were five of us and plenty of space, never felt crowded. Neighborhood is adorable. Host was easy to communicate with. Zero complaints! Thanks, Paige!

Great little home in a good location in town
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home. We all agreed the location was in a pretty good spot. The surrounding area isn't too crowded but is close enough to many of the areas we were visiting. Communication with the host was very fast and the information they provided us was easily understood. The home was stocked with everything we needed and the furnishings were up to date. The only thing to consider is if you're a light sleeper, the backyard is close to an active railway. While the noise generated from passing trains is not earth shaking it may wake up a light sleeper. Overall this was a great little home and we would definitely stay here again.

Cute Home!
This is the second time I've stayed at this cute home. It really has everything you would need for a stay with friends. Although the dryer stopped working during our stay, (heater went out on it - was a nice newer Samsung dryer, so just a fluke) Steph was super responsive and very sweet offering alternatives and getting someone in right away to look at it. This is a safe, quiet area within a 10 minute ride to really anywhere around the city. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for our 4 night stay! Thanks again!

Beautiful home for small family
Such a wonderful property with a great Nashville rich theme. Everything was so cosy and they thought of everything- everything was so simple to find and use. The backyard was gorgeous and our kids had a blast playing back there. Communication was wonderful and they made check in and out a breeze. We’ve never stayed in or near Nashville before so East Nashville looked a little rough initially but we learned quickly, it was super safe and comfortable. And nearly everything can be delivered to this location so coffee, hot meals, groceries, personal items, and many other necessities were available within a short distance and delivery.

Amazing Home!
I can’t say enough good about this rental. Paige was by far the BEST I’ve ever rented from. She ALWYAYS responded quickly if we had any questions about the rental . The home was perfect for our family of 5.. The small extras in the home were very nice touches: sound machines in bedrooms, games for entertainment, and plenty of paper products. It was extremely clean and neat, had comfortable beds, and in a great location. It was just a short 10 minute drive to downtown but also allowed a quiet relaxing location in town. We had the best vacation and plan to definitely return! You won’t go wrong with this rental!!
