“What a wonderful location and condo!!! Clean and stocked with everything needed for a wonderful stay. The host, Jason, is responsive and informative. Will definitely be back at some point if available!!!”

“This is all the description says it is and more. Peaceful setting with views of the reservoir from the deck. Everything you need is provided by the hosts. Would highly recommend this condo and hope to return. ”

“We only stayed 1 night for a concert, location was great, walkable to the restaurant where we had dinner. There were no doors on 2 of the bedrooms, but that was not an issue for us as we only had 4 adults staying. The stairs to get to the 2nd floor were very dark when we returned for the evening, a few motion lights would really help.”

“Only issue we had was that we drove to the main office instead of the property which was detailed in the reviews...our mistake. Everything else was as advertised. The deck is nicer than expected with the view and size.”

“Spacious, solid upstairs apartment (it's over a marijuana shop and a tattoo parlor, neither of which were a bother in any sense) in a really convenient location for visiting the IU campus. Many ethnic restaurants within very easy walking distance. Functionally equipped rather than decorative; cramped bathroom space. The advertised "Spa/Hot tub" was nowhere in evidence - there's no bathtub at all - and the claimed "on-site parking" doesn't exist. We were lucky to find parking meter spaces……

“Lovely condo on a beautiful golf course near Lake Monroe. Close to IU. Clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor space. Brandon was a great host - very informative! Would definitely stay again!”
