“This is one of those properties you don’t want to leave a good review on because then word will get out how amazing it is. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed. I appreciated the night lights and fans (I like the noise). The river was perfect for swimming, kayaking, tadpole hunting, and shell finding. Two local dogs greeted us daily and loved playing fetch with rocks. The homeowner was extremely responsive and helpful. I could keep going. Honestly it’s a great location. You can……

“This property had some great updates. They have added a back patio with a cut for a fire, even had logs in it. I love to come here and so does my family. Loved waking up to deer in the front yard. ”

“This cabin is the perfect get a way spot and exactly what I was looking for. 1st thing we had to do when we got there, was plug the hottub in. Discovered it needed some water added to it and then it started working. It did take it around 16 hours to come to temp. Overall this is a great place to stay at.”

“If your looking to trail ride Ouachita atv trails this place is literally smack dab in the middle of them. Be sure to haul in whatever you might need because it is a good 45 minute drive on the main atv trail back to the highway toward Hochatown. Once a again really isolated but that is what we loved about it.”
