“The rental suite is beautiful. It has a very nice outdoor dining area, and the hot tub is private. There is a well cared for yard and gardens all around. This is an exceptionally well cared for suite. Excellent location for visiting wineries on the Naramata bench. It is easy walking distance to 2-3 well known tasting rooms. FYI, the suite is on the lower level of the property. It's not a basement, it is the lower ground level. The property manager lives in the upstairs. ”

“We loved our time here! The owner was super responsive. The space is big and clean. It is so peaceful. A great place to bird watch and we spent each evening marveling at the bats. The property around it was a bit unkept. The only draw back was the fact that it did not have air conditioning so I had a hard time sleeping. ”

“We came from Alberta for a funeral and stayed here, was very clean and nice place. Kyle was fast at responding to any questions. Would stay here again”

“You are right near everything Penticton has to offer. I walked everywhere but there is free parking available. The suite is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Mike and Mary were very helpful hosts, with easy check in and out and quickly sorted a couple of minor issues. The suite is exactly as shown in the photos, with comfy seating, a small kitchenette and dining table for 4 people. I will be back!”

“Very enjoyable stay in a super location. ”

“This property fit our needs perfectly! There was plenty of space inside and out. The views were stunning! The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was a dream to work in. Lots of room for our large family gatherings. Tamara and Darcy were awesome to deal with. We will definitely be back!!”

“The location is amazing. The kitchen is adequate and the sitting area is a bit on the small side. The house did smell of fish when we arrived and the host did try to remediate the problem, however the smell did linger. ”

“The location and the view of the property was great. The house was big and spacious but practically it has just one big master bedroom. The second room was in basement and every day very early morning you could hear so much noise from renters in the suit next to basement bedroom. The house was very dusty and floor was very dirt and you could find dirty towel in the laundry and extra bedding were crumbled in the closet which you weren’t sure if they are clean or dirty.. in general the house was……

“The place has amazing views. It is very large and suited our family weekend of 5 adults well. It was very cold, but heat was turned up on request.There was not a stove or oven that was not advertised- we brought food but could not cook it. The sound barrier between upstairs owners and downstairs suite was not good. Overall for the price , the view and size we would stay again.”

“This property was ideal for our group get away .There was ample room for all10 of us lots to keep everyone interested from the pool sauna hottub games room I would definitely recommend it. The host are very accommodating and easy to reach for any incidentals We are already talking about rebooking again.The only down side it could use a good spring cleaning ”

“This was my second stay in lower mission in this suite. I was in Kelowna working at a craft market. It was so great to come back to a spacious, well appointed and quiet space after loud busy days at the show. It feels very private and safe, and has easy parking on the street out front. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is bright and clean with fresh towels and toiletries, and I enjoyed the many options for tv entertainment in the evening.
