This sunny home is all about outdoor living with an enclosed lanai featuring a saltwater heated pool with an attached spill-over spa, romantic led lighting, and a shallow lounge/splash pool. You can also find a well-appointed grilling station with a stainless-steel built-in grill, a mini-fridge, and a sink. Prepare delicious grilled treats that you can later enjoy at the outdoor dining area while streaming a favorite movie or show on the large smart TV.

Inside, this dog-friendly home away from home enjoys an elegant living area with white leather sofas with recliner features, an enclosed fireplace, a dry bar and dining area, and an enormous entertainment system. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the modern open kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and an oversized quartz center island that doubles as a breakfast/aperitif bar.

Each elegantly appointed bedroom maintains the home’s dramatic black-and-white color scheme with ultra-modern accents. The primary suite opens onto the swimming pool terrace and includes a smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a gorgeous en suite bath with a standalone ceramic tub and glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a multi-jet shower system. A second main suite features an en suite bath and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Additional perks include four adult bikes, an on-site washer/dryer, seven beach chairs, and two beach umbrellas.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 35 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
