“We’ve stayed here many times as we love the walkable location. Have always overlooked the fact that it is very basic, but now it’s time to update! Had trouble turning the shower on & the handle came right off! “The unit worked out well. It was very clean and functional. The fireplace and deck were pleasant. We did not cook. The only problem was the second bedroom was up a narrow staircase. All three of us are elderly and couldn't negotiate the stairs. So the lone person slept on the couch.”

“Every September or school lacrosse program comes to Ellicottville for their fall lacrosse festival. We needed a place to stay, kind of last minute, and this property was perfect. It was directly across the street from the Holiday Valley resort. This was in the perfect location for everything.
