“Let me start with WE DIDN’T even stay at the property as it “dead bug” infested!!! The fact that this house is even listed on VRBO is shameful. We booked to stay in February for a fun ski weekend with our kids and it was not CLEAN. We have pictures to prove that there is NO WAY that this owner had been at the house to clean it before we arrived which is unacceptable (ie.
