Lobby staff, security, and room service staff were cordial and took prompt care of our needs. The amenities in our room and the cleanliness of the restroom was at par with our expectations.
Thing that could be improved:
1. The AC didn’t cool the room enough, and we had to rely on the Fan to keep the room cool. Staff informed us that this was due to renovations.
2. Wifi signal strength and speed were not good, and I had to use my mobile hotspot to attend online work meetings.
3. Breakfast buffet closes at 10 am. Typically at other hotels, it is 10:30 am.
