“Beautiful room overlooking the ocean.”

“Dryer did not work. Bedsheets were dirty. Condo wasn’t fully cleaned. There were dirty socks in room and blood stain on bedsheet. Kitchen floor was dirty and plastic forks under kitchen sink. Overall, the condo was dirty but the outdoor pool hours are good and hot tubs worked. Room key didn’t work but staff was friendly and helped quickly.”

“I would not recommend staying at Bermuda Sands. Our experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The property appeared old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere felt run-down and uninviting. Customer service was also lacking. The staff rarely made eye contact or seemed interested in assisting guests, and even at checkout there was little effort to engage or address concerns. What concerned us most was the level of crime and police activity in and around the……

“This little hotel was unexpected and just what I needed. I knew from the photographs that it was an older property but I was booking last minute so I didn’t have a lot of choices. It isn’t fancy but has an adorable classic vibe that totally makes up for that. It is very clean and you can’t beat the location. I felt safe staying alone with my 2 kids. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming, I would definitely stay here again.”

“The room I had was basically falling apart. The ceiling in the room and bathroom had pieces falling everywhere. Also the shower head was terrible. Other than that the beds were clean and the ocean view was gorgeous. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again though”

“OK, yes it’s an older property, but you’re not there for the room. You’re there for the fun ! The staff was amazing thank you Barbara for taking care of us and thank you, Mr. Kodiak for keeping our pool nice and clean !”

“If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rooms are disgusting and look nothing like they look on the pictures online. The room they gave me had mold on the lampshade, paint chipping off the walls, broken outlet covers with exposed outlets. I asked the front desk person if I could cancel my reservation that I only reserved only an hour and a half before I got there, and he told me that I could cancel but he would charge me $800 if I did. I still didn't stay in the room. I left……

“Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.”

“I would caution anyone to not stay in 636. There was no water pressure and barely any water from the old shower head. The front desk receptionist sent maintenance to fix the issue but there was absolutely no change. Room was dirty with tons of hair on the mattress protector that we removed from the beds. Bathroom barely had room for us to turn around in. Killed a roach in the kitchen. I let the front desk receptionist know all of the above upon check out and she was very apologetic and nice. She……
