Our room was unsanitary: smashed bugs on the wall, toilet had been left clogged with feces, chairs had stains, porch was full of cobwebs and bugs, sheets were stained and had animal hair, dishes/cups dirty, stains on the sheets in pullout, and the carpet had cat food and trash. Walking to the pool is trash and two pairs of underwear.
Broken:
Pull out bed did not work, TV did not work, plugs sparked when used.
In the gym, neither cardio machine worked.

Called about toilet and told it is not an emergency. It was snaked and dirty water stains left on the floor.
-sent an email and did not hear anything. Went to the office after 24 hours and told I should have come to the office sooner because the manager I emailed was on vacation which was the person I emailed with on Saturday, so Sunday must have been the start of her vacation. I was told by Deborah Witman that the second toilet and pullout are extras for a one bedroom, so not emergencies. If I paid $700 for what was listed, it is an emergency. I was given $93 back for unsanitary conditions, pet hair that caused allergic reactions and a need for medication, a pullout that could not be used, remotes that did not work, and extra expenses for cleaning products.
Sent The girls at the front desk was friendly and kind. She was easy to talk with, but treated poorly by Deborah Witman. While working with a customer. Deborah was barking orders at what needs to happen about expired codes.
