“Nice location, apartment was clean and tidy. Note- must climb approx 20 narrow stairs to reach entrance. Would be nice if there was a sidewalk/clear path to stairs. Kitchen was decent, we improvised microwave and stovetop combination to "toast" some frozen waffles since we couldn't locate a toaster. It would be nice to have sheets available for pullout in living room (to be fair, we didn't contact host to request them) A curtain to create privacy in the bedroom would be useful too. “The views were stunning at every window of the house. The house was clean and equipped for all your beach and kitchen needs. Only one negative for me, I love a nice hot soaker/jet tub bath at the end of a day sometimes, the water hardly filled the tub and the water went cold. Just be aware that there are.lots of steps to the house from the garage and to and from the beach; not conducive for elders to manage.”

“We had a great time at this property. It was the perfect space for us. After staying on Lake Michigan a few times, this was exactly what we expected. The views and access to the lake were awesome. Large deck and outdoor space. Indoors very spacious besides the bathrooms- my fiancé is 6’5 and could really only utilize one bathroom. Kitchen had the basics, new grill was nice! One complaint- when we first checked-in we noticed the house was extremely warm- warmer than outside on a 85+ temp day.……

“there is a reason we keep returning to the penthouse. You can park the car and not even use it if you choose. The view is spectacular! So much fun sitting on the balcony, watching the musical fountain. Definitely would recommend staying there”

“The cottage was awesome, located in between Holland and Grand Haven. It was a short drive to different areas for hiking or shopping, and a short walk to the beach or Lake Michigan. We loved the property and we loved how cozy the cottage was. Even during rain days, there was plenty to do inside including board games and movie nights. I would recommend this cottage to anyone, AND I would recommend Unsalted to anyone as well. They are very kind and easy to maneuver things with. There were no issues……

“We had 8 guests stay at the house as a stop over on a 7 day cycling trip, heading up and down Lake Michigan. Location was excellent with close access to restaurants in Grand Haven and nearby beaches. House was very comfortable for our large group.”
