“My family & I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was a convenient walk to the Heineken Museum, Cafe’s and the Boat Canal Tours. The lady at the front desk was welcoming, provided us with a map of the area and gave us great recommendations on where ti explore. The building is older so be mindful of the elevator and that it actually will alert you if there is to much weight in it. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. I would stay here again. ”

“Everything was perfect until I had the worst ever check out experience. I got back to the hotel at precisely 11:44am to check out. A cleaning lady caught me at the door and told me the check out time was 11am and they were looking for me. I had absolutely no idea. “We stayed at citadine chains before but this one is by far one of the best. The room is designed to accommodate the needs of a young family. Everything in the room was in good shape and order.
