“El hotel está bien pero es caro para lo que ofrecen.
La habitación es grande, cama cómoda, con un pequeño balcón y exterior. El desayuno nos defraudó para el tipo de hotel y lo que habíamos pagado. Bien ubicado (no en el mismo centro, a unos 5 minutos).
Ojo ! Lo que nos cobraron en el hotel no coincidía con lo que habíamos contratado en hoteles.com. Eran para dos noches 40 € de más. Nos dimos cuenta al día siguiente e hicimos reclamación. Nos cobraban un tipo de cambio de euro a boliviano……
“The room is marvelous, has a big window to the becah bay and the amenitied of the room, great. The rooms are quiet , neat and reasonable prices. the restaurant is well cooked and diversity of menu and affordable price. Well recommended.”
“This is a special place, really lovely people take great care to cook delicious meals, keep gardens looking beautiful, and give recommendations on what to do and see. Loved the room too. Be warned you do have to walk uphill a while to get there, was tough for us as we hadn’t acclimated to the elevation. But we’ll worth it!”
“Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a towel provided. Walkable from anywhere in town. The hotel was very quiet and as a solo traveller it felt more so in the evenings. The bathrooms could do with a revamp - the fuse switch is very close to the shower.”
“Hotel bem localizado porém não tinha água quente em pleno inverno. O chuveiro elétrico não esquentava. Viajamos em um grupo de três pessoas e tinham apenas duas toalhas disponíveis. Mesmo reclamando, nada foi feito. O café da manhã que estava incluso na estadia não existia. Chegamos ao refeitório para tomar café da manhã apenas meia hora do início que foi servido e já não tinha mais nada para comer. Tivemos que sair e pagar para tomar café da manhã. O quarto que ficamos não haviam janelas e……

“First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. Now they are also keeping my money $189 for 2 nights. Lesson learned, don't frequent this hotel. We decided to stay in Isla de Sol instead after a last-minute hotel scramble. It was……
