Kurzurlaub an wunderschönem Strand

Wunderschöner Strand, sehr nah! Das Haus war schön, wenn auch im Wohnbereich etwas überschaubar. Leider gab es an 3 von 7 Tagen Aufenthalt Regen, zweimal kam Regenwasser durch die Klima-Lüftung ins Haus, was aber provisorisch sofort außen gefixt wurde. Schöne Schlafzimmer und Duschräume, Terrasse groß, aber nicht überall abschließbar. Ruhige Wohngegend, aber Nachbar-Villa gut zu hören. Rolltor zu Auto-Stellplatz nur manuell zu öffnen. Pool sehr kalt, aber chic. Empfehlenswert eher in Sommermonaten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Agentur, WhatsApp und Telefon.

Schöne Villa am Meer

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles, was man benötigt. Alles ist sauber und wir hatten bei 13 Tagen Aufenthalt eine Zwischenreinigung, was sehr angenehm war. Die Lage ist top, man ist in 2 min am Strand. Der Kontakt vor und während der Anmietung war sehr nett, es gab schnelle Antworten auf Fragen und wir konnten sogar früher in die Villa. Leider gab es ein paar Dinge, die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben. Bei einem 5 Star Home erwarte ich, dass fehlende Schranktüren und Verdunkelungsrollos umgehend ausgetauscht/ersetzt werden. Leider war dies im Hauptschlafzimmer nicht der Fall. Des weiteren würde ich bei einem Luxus Haus erwarten, dass auf der tollen Dachterrasse ebenfalls Sitzgelegenheiten sind. Da wir im Winter in der Villa waren und die Sonne schnell hinter den anderen Häusern verschwindet, wären wir oftmals gerne noch auf die Dachterrasse gewechselt, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Leider gibt es dort gar keine Sitzgelegenheiten - sehr schade!

The villa should be provided with more of the useful things that a family actually needs for a beach holiday and to live for a week. We had to purchase bin bags, toilet roll, cooking oil, washing up liquid, additional towels, sunshades etc.

Ich werde zurückkommen! Meine schönsten Ferien!

Haus, Lage am Meer, Garten, Terrasse, schöne Kissen und Deko, Schlüsselservice mit Code, Küche gut ausgestattet. Schönen Terrasse oben. Schon bei Ankunft ging das Schloss nicht. 5x mussten Handwerker kommen. An 3 Tagen unseres ( nur eine Woche Urlaub) mussten wir im Haus auf die Handwerker warten, diese sprachen nur spanisch. Laufend mussten wir mit dem Büro telefonieren. Duschtür ging nicht auf...Das darf für diesen Preis nicht passieren. Man will Urlaub machen und nicht so was. Nebenan gleiche Villa wurden an Gruppe 17-19 Jährigen 10 Leute vermietet! Jeden Tag laute Party und das für diesen Preis. Runde 2600,00 Euro Unterkunft für 1 Woche. Es stand drin keine Partys erlaubt, sehr ruhige Gegend. Deshalb gebucht. Service 5Starshome wirklich enttäuschend. Einfach nur Geld kassieren und alles auf einen zukommen lassen. Unmöglich für solche Luxus Vermietungen. Nach Urlaub reklamiert, leider kein Einsehen bei 5Starshome. Wir sind so enttäuscht. Pool sollte angebliches warm sein, leider war er sehr kalt. Hätten uns dann für eine Villa mit beheizend Pool entschieden. Lampen gingen teilweise im Schlafzimmer nicht. In 2 Zimmern eher preiswerte Lampen und Möbel. Keine Möbel auf der schönen Terrasse oben.
