I accidently reserved a cabin for the wrong dates. I immediately tried to cancel this cabin. I was told that I had to cancel through Vrbo, instead of talking to the cabin host. I promptly did this, and was told "No problem! We have our team on it. Just wait for an email." After 2 days, I received a message that I was not eliglble for a refund. I attempted to move the dates to a later time, but was unsuccessful.
