“Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. It is very conveniently located and is close to blue line subway which takes only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Bus is also very accessible and friendly. “Suite was immaculate with impressive assortment of amenities including bowl of snacks & bag of ice in the freezer, nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash in shower, dish soap, tabs for dishwasher & laundry detergent for in-suite laundry, sound machine. Full size gas stove & fridge/freezer. They just need to figure out how to configure for a larger bed. A dark towel for those of us with colored hair (oops) & hooks in the bathroom are my only suggestions. This place is awesome if you’re ok with a……

“The Penthouse condo is in an ideal location, with unbelievable views, central to all of the best Chicago sights and scenes. Easy access the the CTA station right out the front door of the building, or an easy walk or short Uber ride to all other city spots. The condo was spotlessly clean and the host, Jeri-Lou was helpful and very responsive. We will definitely book the penthouse condo again!”

“Great penthouse with wonderful views of great Chicago architecture and the lake. I would stay again. Only minor issue was sleeping was more difficult than back home in small town Ohio. There were a lot of sirens etc. One bedroom also had a window open to the living room with all of its ambient light. Of course this issue is somewhat expected but I have not noticed noise as much staying at Chicago hotels. Still give it 5 stars”
