Guests enter Sugar Magnolia by walking up the exterior staircase to the front door on the home's elevated front porch. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer, the living room and the stairwell to the home's second floor. The open floor plan layout connects the living room to the sunny kitchen & dining area. There is a small seating area and office near one side of the kitchen and a half bathroom located near the foyer. The home's two master bedroom suites are located on the ground floor of the home on the other side of the living room. A back porch, which is accessible from the dining area and one of the master bedroom suites, extends the full length of the back side of the home and the front porch extends the full length of the front side of the home. On the second floor of the home, you will find two guest bedrooms that share one Jack & Jill bathroom.
