“My friends and I were looking for a place not too far out of Sydney to celebrate my birthday where we could just take a breather, relax and enjoy ourselves with good company. We were immediately impressed when we arrived at the property, the amenities were fantastic and we were all impressed with the pool, spa and sauna! The photos don't do enough justice. The property is also only a five minute drive from Berry town. Thanks again to Kylie and Mark for their exceptional service and exceeding……

“We stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed all that the property has to offer. It is a 3 min drive into Berry, yet tucked away on a quiet and peaceful property. The owner is very friendly and the check in process was easy. We especially loved the surrounding trees and greenery. We could open up the house and let the fresh breeze put us to sleep at night. The house had everything we needed for our getaway.”

“We celebrated our dad’s 90th birthday at Lake David and the whole family had a great weekend. The house and facilities are exactly like the photos and the available activities meet everyone’s needs from the more adventurous like kayaking or simply relaxing beside the pool or open fire. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 fridges, 2 cooktops with under bench ovens, and 2 dishwashers. A few minor maintenance issues such as sticky door handles, lamps missing light bulbs and no batteries in some TV……

“I’ve stayed here twice and have now booked a third trip. The house is perfect for large friend and family gatherings. Our 11 kids spent most of the 4 days in the pool and spa, and the pizza oven got a workout. The attention to detail makes all the difference, for example heating the pool, great kitchenware (actual sharp knives!) plenty of towels, both firm and soft pillows, and the list goes on.Would recommend. ”
